Why now
Airbnb is moving hosts to a single 15.5% host-only fee. Keeping the same payout means raising your nightly rate by around 18%, which makes your listing less competitive. Booking.com commission typically sits between 10% and 25%.

Do I have to leave Airbnb?
No. Most hosts keep their Airbnb and Booking.com listings. Your site is an extra channel that earns you more from repeat and referred guests.
How do guests pay?
Through your booking engine’s secure checkout, straight into your account. I never handle your money.
Which booking engine do I need?
If you already use a channel manager such as Lodgify, Smoobu, Beds24, Hostaway or Your.Rentals, I’ll connect it. If not, I’ll help you choose one that suits your size and budget.
Will my site show up on Google?
I set up on-page SEO, your Google Business Profile and the basics search engines look for. Rankings take time, so I’ll also show you how to send past guests straight to your site from day one.
My property is in Italy. Can you help?
Yes. I’m Italian and run a let in the Veneto, so I write native Italian copy and make sure your CIN code is clearly shown on the site.
